Everyone wants a script that works



scriptWorks will not, without the written prior consent of its clients, make any statement or disclose or supply any confidential information to any person, firm or company other than the client’s professional advisers relating to the Script or to any other matter arising hereunder or to the general affairs of clients coming within the scriptWorks‘ knowledge by reason of their services.

Conflict of Interest

scriptWorks always undertakes to disclose any prior involvement with, or commercial interest in, projects presented to it by third parties.


The scriptwriter and/or the producer acknowledges that new ideas, formats, stories, suggestions, screenplays and the like, for film and television programs, are often submitted to scriptWorks or are in development with scriptWorks.

The scriptwriter and/or the producer acknowledges that scriptWorks may have had access to and/or may have independently created, or have had created, ideas, themes, formats stories, suggestions, screenplays and/or other material which may be similar or identical to the theme, plot, idea, format or other element of the material that the scriptwriter and/or the producer submits to scriptWorks.

Therefore, the scriptwriter and/or the producer acknowledges and agrees that he/she will not be entitled to any compensation because of the use by scriptWorks of any similar or identical material developed by scriptWorks or in the course of scriptWorks providing its services to any third party.
